Game 9: William Henry Harrison vs. Super Bowl IX

William Henry Harrison became ill and tragically passed away after just 32 days as President. JaMarcus Russell's holdout lasted longer than that. There wasn't time to get much accomplished. He'd done a lot before. He got the nickname "Tippecanoe" as a hero of the Battle of Tippecanoe in 1811. That was a great nickname.

Make no mistake, Super Bowl IX was pretty terrible. At halftime, the score was 2-0, Steelers. Really. The Vikings had 17 total yards rushing and scored only once in the game, on a blocked punt. Minnesota QB Fran Tarkenton threw 3 interceptions. But, how to put this: at least they played the whole thing. Score one grim little point for the big game.

Score after this match-up: Presidents 7, Super Bowls 2.
